Everyone wants their skin clear, clean and healthy. Beauty products are so expensive and sometimes it will not give an expected result. We buy these expensive and fancy products and they always promise miracles and in the end up growing disappointment. There are numerous products which I love but there is some more easy way to make your own on a budget. Here are five at-home solutions for annoying beauty issues:
Mint leaves can acquire clear of dark circles
Something like 100% of us is overworked and need more sleep. While we may be kicking ass and taking names, the dark circles under our eyes are glaring harder than our enemies. Mash (or blend) a sprig of mint leaves, apply this mixture to the area under your eyes and wear this “mask” for twenty minutes. It feels amazing!
Apple cider makes your hair shinier
A lot of shampoos and conditioners will promise you shinier and softer hair, but a lot of them contain sulfates and unnatural products which actually damage your hair in the long run. I love my Moroccan Oil products, but they’re also pricey. Get the most mileage out of your apple cider and use it as a cheap way to boost hair shine! After you shampoo in the shower, use a cup of vinegar and rinse it out in cold water.
Lemons are used to taking out dry patches
Lemons are used as a remedy for rough, scaly skin. The lemons have citric acids which so it helps to remove the dead skin cells. Take a half slice of lemon and massage the cut side over your elbows for a few seconds and then rinse. You can see the difference instantly.
Ginger Ale to Cure Yellowed Nails
Drinking soda may not be good for you, but according to Dawn Gallagher, author of Nature's Beauty Secrets, soaking your nails in it is. Gallagher explains: "Most mass-produced ginger ales contain soluble salts—like monopotassium phosphate, sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate—that act as preservatives or emulsifiers. These will also naturally bleach your nails." Fill a small bowl with ginger ale and submerge your nails for 10 minutes twice a week.
Avocados for a Facial
In a bowl, mix ½ avocado, ½ cup of plain yogurt and ¼ cup of honey until completely blended. Then apply evenly to your face and leave on for 10 minutes. Use a washcloth to gently wipe off, then rinse with water and follow with your regular moisturizer.
